Lou Neglia's Ring of Combat XLV took place at the Tropicana Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ on June 14, 2013.  The sellout was treated to a extraordinary night of fights which saw two new champions crowned.  In the main event, Phillipe Nover, who has fought in the UFC and Bellator defeated Mike Santiago by unanimous decision.  In the co-main event, Andre Harrison of Bellmore kickboxing showed championship caliber skills in knocking out Matias Vasquez to gain the Ring of Combat regional title.  Here are the official results  from the event.
